Art@Cole’s #16:
AB(e)DUCTED! The Honest Abe Art Show
THE BACKGROUND:
In December, a heinous act of art theft struck Cole’s Bar and robbed it of its prized Velvet Lincoln painting. Cut out of its frame, all that was left was an empty shell as a reminder of the lack of respect that made it’s way into Cole’s.
THE PEOPLE’S RESPONSE:
To right this wrong, artists and the community flooded Cole’s with newly created replacement Abe’s!
______
Show some love! Join AnySquared Projects, Abraham Lincoln Book Shop, and the Cole’s community to pay tribute to the filched fave, Velvet “Rivera” Lincoln:
