AnySquared is proud to be part of this annual event again this year in-person! Our very own Helen Sanchez-Cortes is the lead organizer for this event.
The 2021 theme is Taking Care of Each Other. Unity Park transforms into an open arts studio for this 4-hour art event bringing together hundreds of artists of all ages and skill levels to create art and share in Community.
Features Arts Activities (see below) and DJ Rics Fils playing music! Families, accompanied children, and artists of every level are welcome to join. Masks on & Make Art! Masks required for everyone! Event is Free and all art supplies are provided. Beverages and snacks available.

• TAKING CARE OF EACH OTHER BANNER MURAL
Everyone can help paint! The community banner honors all the mutual aid, love, and care we share as a community living through the pandemic together. Banner will be hung on park fence.

Art can be functional! By using recyclables, we are taking care of our Earth!

Make Something for a Friend!
• PAINT TOGETHER
Families grab supplies and make art!
• SHARING ART
Check out live art with community artists!

Contribute or borrow from the Little Library
• VACCINATION STATION
All eligible people can receive the Covid-19 vaccination 1st dose and schedule the appointment for the 2nd dose.

Chicago Park District Covid-19 safety guidelines will be followed. Masks should be worn by children and all unvaccinated individuals, but we are also asking everyone to wear masks.
**In case of rain, the rain date is the following day, Sunday, August 1, 2021.
