On September 11, we heard what the artists from our exhibit: Butterfly Effect: Bridging Borders Exhibition had to say.
Thank you to the artists that offered their insight:
Aileen Nicole Castro @a.c_inkdesigns
Riesling Dong @riesling_dong
Juana Duran Charicata @arte_duran_charicata
Vanessa Hernandez @bane.xxa
Victoria Park @beautyvictoriapaint
Cindy Urestegi @catt.co_
On display through October 31 | The Butterfly Effect: Bridging Borders exhibition brings together artists sharing personal and communal stories of immigration, environmental displacement, and loss of land. The exhibition reflects on the ways people adapt, survive, and remain connected across borders and generations. Thank you, Chicago Art Department, for hosting this wonderful exhibit.
Look for more programming, including the Resounding Reverb event on the next 2nd Friday / October 9th.
